RULES:
 1. Entry fee = $10.
 2. Pick a different NFL team each week - no repeats, regardless of re-entry provisions (see 9 & 10).
 3. Picks are due prior to the week's main slate of games defined in the OFL Charter as follows:
    - The day and time when the majority of games start for a specific NFL season's week.
 4. If a participant wants to pick a team playing before the selection deadline (see 3),
    he must select the team prior to its game start time.
 5. After an NFL team has started/played its game, it may not be selected by participants.
 6. A participant may change his pick before the selection deadline (see 3) provided the
    new team has not played its game.
 7. Participant failing to make a pick on time (see 3) is assigned a default pick as follows:
    - Normal: NFL team favored by the largest point spread for the teams not yet selected by the participant.
    - Re-entry (see 10): Underdog NFL team with the smallest point spread for the teams not yet selected by the
      participant.  Note that "pick 'em" NFL teams are excluded since a team cannot be designated as an underdog.
    - For teams with identical point spreads, order is by alphebetical team name (e.g. Bears before Bills).
    - Point spreads are determined by the SD Union "Oddsboard" section the day that selections are due (see 3).
    - Teams that have already played their games before the selection deadline (see 3) are eliminated
      from default pick provisions stated herein.
 8. Subject to re-entry provisions (see 9 & 10), participant is eliminated from the pool
    if the NFL team chosen that week loses its game.
 9. If the chosen NFL team ties its game in ANY week and there is no declared winner,
    participant may re-enter pool for half the entry fee and make a normal pick (see 14).
10. In FIRST WEEK ONLY, participant may re-enter pool for another full entry fee
    if the chosen team loses and there is no declared winner plus:
    - He must pick an underdog NFL team in the second week -AND-
    - The NFL team that lost may not be selected again during the pool's duration.
11. Winner is the last participant picking a correct winning or non-losing (tying) NFL team.
12. If two or more participants are the last to commit suicide in the same week, the participant(s) with the NFL team
    that loses by the least number of points will be declared the winner; otherwise, the pool will be split evenly with
    odd dollar(s) added to participants lowest in the OFL standings and subtracted from those highest in the standings.
13. Pool ends by default after the last week of the NFL regular season (remaining participants split the pool - see 14).
14. If any participant picks a tying NFL team in the last week of the NFL regular season and other participant(s) have
    picked winning NFL team(s), the former participant will receive half a winner's "share" and the other remaining
    participant(s) will evenly split the other half of his "share".
